Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to enhance client and pet experiences while supporting leadership in driving productivity and profitability. The role may include duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.

The Shift Lead will champion Banfield’s Five Principles and lead a team to deliver high-quality care, exceptional service, and strong client education on wellness plans and hospital services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred as minimum education.
• Minimum of two years veterinary hospital experience.
• Ability to work weekends and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while supporting Practice Manager and COS.
• Supervise the team to maximize productivity and hospital profitability.
• Handle duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Banfield protocols and dress/grooming guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
