Qualifications

• Minimum of two years veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital.
• Provide professional and exceptional client service, including client education on wellness plans and hospital services.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and plan CE opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to Banfield dress and grooming guidelines and practice policies.
• Support hospital leadership and maintain effective communication with clients and staff.
• Deliver high-quality veterinary care to pets as part of a collaborative team.
