Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to perform duties of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when needed, supporting the Practice Manager and COS to drive team productivity and exceptional patient care.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality medical care, exceptional client service, and staff engagement, while guiding the team to align with Banfield protocols and hospital priorities.

Qualifications

• Two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be available to work weekend and evening shifts.
