Job Description

The Veterinary Sales Director leads the Regional Manager Team and is accountable for establishing an effective team environment to execute the Vet BU strategy and achieve business objectives/KPI’s for the Royal Canin Veterinary business. The role involves improving execution of the Vet BU strategy through decisive and prompt decision-making to yield desired outcomes.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive sales leadership and management experience.
  • Proven results across multiple sales levels and functions.
  • 5-7 years of direct sales experience and at least 5 years in sales leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits
