The starting base pay range is USD 133,067.00 - USD 182,958.00, with potential variations based on individual factors and market conditions. Total compensation may include variable pay and allowances. Employees are eligible for benefits such as 401(k), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and holidays, subject to company policies.
