The Veterinary Sales Director leads the Regional Manager Team, responsible for executing the Vet BU strategy and achieving business KPIs for Royal Canin Veterinary. The role involves strategic decision-making, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Extensive sales leadership & management experience.
• Proven results across sales organizations and functions.
• 5-7 years of sales experience; minimum 5 years in sales leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
