The Coordinator serves as the liaison between our doctors and referring veterinarians, ensuring a seamless referral process and a concierge-like guest experience for pets and their families.

You will review medical records, prepare clinical summaries, coordinate pre-visit outreach, and follow up after visits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Referring Veterinarian Liaison: serve as the main contact for referring veterinarians and their teams; direct cases to the appropriate services and address questions or concerns.
• Medical Record Management: review and audit medical records; create and send clinical summaries to referring doctors.
• Community Engagement: foster relationships with the veterinary community and organize education events for referral partners.
• Guest Coordination: facilitate pre-appointment communication, onboard guests during first visits, and conduct follow-ups after visits.
