Responsibilities

• Referring Veterinarian Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for referring veterinarians and their teams.
• Direct cases to the appropriate services and address questions or concerns.
• Medical Record Management: Review medical records from referring teams to ensure all necessary information is included.
• Audit and ensure completeness of medical records.
• Create and send clinical summaries to referring doctors.
• Community Engagement: Foster relationships with the veterinary community by identifying and addressing their needs.
• Partner with the marketing team to organize veterinary education events for our referral partners and their teams.
• Guest Coordination: Facilitate pre-appointment communication with new guests to provide a welcoming experience.
• Personally greet and onboard new guests during their first visit.
• Conduct follow-ups after visits or hospitalization.

Position Overview

The Veterinary Referral Coordinator serves as the liaison between Fetch’s team of doctors and our referral partners. This key role combines exceptional guest service, a concierge-like approach, and detailed organizational skills to enhance the experience of our referring community. The Coordinator ensures a seamless referral process, providing personalized support to veterinarians, guests, and their beloved pets.
