Job summary

Snohomish Station Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This full-time role offers three to four 10-hour shifts weekly, with a starting salary of $18–$21 per hour and a strong emphasis on compassionate client service.

As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome clients and their pets, schedule appointments, manage records, process payments, and support the front desk to keep the hospital running smoothly. Veterinary experience is preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow.
