Sterling Pointe Veterinary Clinic in Lincoln, California, is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This is an especially exciting time to come aboard: we’re preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital designed to create an exceptional experience for our patients, clients, and team. Sterling Pointe is a progressive, full-service veterinary clinic providing both general practice and urgent care services. That means our Client Service Representatives experience the best of both worlds — building relationships with families during routine wellness visits while also helping clients navigate the unexpected moments that come with urgent care. Position Details

Role: Client Service Representative

Status: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 based on experience / $1.00 diff for Urgent Care shift hours

Schedule: Consistent four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts

What You'll Do
  • Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Serve as the first and last point of contact for clients visiting the hospital
  • Create a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions
  • Schedule appointments for general practice and urgent care visits
  • Help prioritize scheduling needs and communicate urgent concerns appropriately
  • Manage client communications accurately and efficiently
  • Check patients and clients in and out for appointments
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Assist clients with questions about hospital services, scheduling, and policies
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately during routine and stressful situations
  • Coordinate information between clients and the veterinary medical team
  • Support veterinarians, technicians, and assistants by helping maintain efficient communication
  • Document client interactions accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information
  • Help keep the reception area organized, professional, and welcoming
  • Support an efficient front-desk workflow in a busy veterinary environment
