  • Process payments, review invoices, and communicate charges accurately.
  • Maintain complete and accurate client and patient information.
  • Document client communication and update medical records appropriately.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and the clinical team.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding hospital services, products, and general pet-care needs.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
Experience: Previous veterinary receptionist experience required; at least two years of professional veterinary experience preferred
