Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions clearly and courteously.
Schedule appointments and help manage the hospital’s daily calendar.
Check clients and patients in and out efficiently.
Process payments, review invoices, and communicate charges accurately.
Maintain complete and accurate client and patient information.
Document client communication and update medical records appropriately.
Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and the clinical team.
Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding hospital services, products, and general pet-care needs.
Help maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
Experience: Previous veterinary receptionist experience required; at least two years of professional veterinary experience preferred
