Mission Pet Health is seeking a receptionist for Midlothian, VA. You will be the first point of contact, greet clients, handle scheduling, and assist with billing while supporting a busy veterinary team.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping pet owners, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment. Weekend availability may be required.

• Experience with veterinary software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude.
• Ensure seamless care coordination by maintaining medical records and coordinating appointments.
• Assist with financial transactions and billing to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Provide compassionate, empathetic service and support to clients and patients.
