Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar
• Check clients and patients in and out efficiently
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient information
• Communicate hospital services, policies, and next steps clearly to clients
• Manage messages, reminders, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and receptionists to support smooth workflow
• Provide calm, compassionate support during routine and emotional visits
