• Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients.
• Communicate hospital policies, pricing and services clearly and empathetically.
• Manage medical record requests and reminders, follow-ups via calls/texts/emails.
• Assist with scheduling recommended services and rechecks; reactivate overdue patients.
• Educate clients on preventive care timelines and next steps.
• Coordinate with technicians and doctors to support smooth patient flow.
• Care for hospitalized and boarding patients; monitor for changes.
