Job summary

Goldsmith Veterinary Clinic in Denver, CO, is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our collaborative team. You’ll manage multi-line calls, greet clients, and help coordinate appointments, billing, and records to keep the hospital running smoothly.

We value compassionate communication, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals. Veterinary software experience is preferred; a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Veterinary experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new workflows.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain records, manage appointments, and handle payments and billing.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Emb​​ody Compassion and Empathy: remain a calming, respectful presence with clients and their pets.
