What You’ll Do

Greet clients and pets warmly, creating a positive first impression
Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
Accurately update and maintain client and patient records
Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and integrity
Assist with administrative duties including filing, scanning, and stocking supplies
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
