Job summary

Kierland Animal Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital and manage appointments, phone lines, and in-person visits.

In this full-time, 4/10 schedule role, you will handle transactions, support clients with information, and work with a team to deliver compassionate, efficient service across a busy practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or front desk reception.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotional situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.

Kierland Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule And Compensation

• Compensation: $18 - 21 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.

Minimum Qualifications And Skill Set
