You will maintain records, schedule appointments, handle payments, and collaborate with a busy 3-DVM team. A passion for animals and excellent communication are essential; bilingual skills and veterinary software experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and team members.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to care coordination.
• Bilingual would be a plus, especially Spanish.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage multi-line phone system and greet clients.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and process payments.
• Educate clients on preventative care as part of pet wellness partnership.
• Provide a compassionate, calming presence for clients and their pets.
