Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly, service‑oriented receptionist to join our network of over 850 hospital teams. You will manage calls, greet clients, handle scheduling and payments, and help educate clients on pet wellness.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: support wellness education and hospital services to ensure top care for every pet.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calming presence, show empathy and respect in every interaction with clients.
