Ohana Pet Hospital in Ventura is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will manage appointments, handle a multi-line phone system, assist in-person clients, and process transactions while providing essential information about our services.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in veterinary customer service, strong communication, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in veterinary customer service or reception.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars is preferred.
• Proficiency with veterinary practice management software, especially Cornerstone, preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Greet clients and serve as the welcoming face of the hospital.
