The Veterinary Hospital in Eugene, Oregon is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital and create exceptional client experiences. You will manage appointments, patient flow, multi-line phones, and in-person interactions while processing transactions with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system and assist in-person clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset; calm and solution-oriented during busy periods.
