Ohana Pet Hospital in Ventura is a 11-doctor practice with multiple credentialed technicians caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and some reptiles. The 5,000-square-foot hospital has 8 exam rooms and offers digital X-ray, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, acupuncture, and cardiac ultrasound. The hospital sees a mix of general practice, surgery, urgent care, limited exotic medicine, rehabilitation, and holistic medicine, with RVTs heavily utilized in surgery and access to ophthalmology expertise. 'Ohana' means family, and the team describes itself as cohesive, supportive, funny, collaborative, coachable, and committed to training and development. Ventura adds a laid-back coastal lifestyle with beaches, outdoor recreation, restaurants, and a strong community feel.
This is a good-faith estimate based on the role's requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
