Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments and billing to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services for optimal pet care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence and treat every pet like your own.
