Your role includes coordinating care, maintaining medical records, handling appointments and payments, and educating pet owners on preventive care.

Qualifications

• Be the Director of First Impressions: multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude and reflect compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly.
• Advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody compassion and empathy: be a calming presence for clients and treat each pet with care.
