Qualifications

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect our compassionate care in every interaction.
• Ensure seamless care coordination by maintaining accurate medical records, managing appointment schedules, and handling financial transactions.
• Advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embody compassion and empathy, remaining a calm, respectful presence for clients and treating each pet with care.
