• Greet clients and patients warmly at check-in.
• Answer and direct high-volume phone calls.
• Process payments and update client/patient records.
• Assist with scheduling and daily front-desk workflow.
• Support veterinarians and other team members as needed.
• Keep front desk organized and facilitate smooth operations.
