Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role is required.
• Veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
• Safe animal handling and restraint skills for dogs and cats of varying sizes.
• Willingness to jump in and support exams, treatments, and outpatient procedures.

Responsibilities
