is seeking a dedicated and versatile Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to join our team! In this dual-role position, you'll be a vital part of both our medical support team and our reception staff. Whether you're assisting in the treatment area or greeting clients at the front desk, your work will help ensure our patients receive the highest quality care and our clients feel informed, supported, and welcome.
This position is not limited to reception duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as part of the entire veterinary team and assisting wherever needed. Responsibilities may include answering phones, checking clients and patients in and out, patient restraint and handling, cleaning and maintaining hospital areas, assisting the DVMs, and providing minor patient care and support.
Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. The ability to balance excellent customer service with hands-on patient support in a fast-paced, team-focused environment is essential.
