Job summary

Cold Springs Animal Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate team. You will greet clients and patients with warmth, manage appointment scheduling, and handle payments in a busy clinic environment.

  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Check clients and patients in and out of the hospital.
  • Maintain complete and accurate client and patient information.
  • Process payments and explain invoices when appropriate.
  • Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and assistants to support efficient appointment flow.
  • Provide updates to clients and help manage expectations during busy periods.
