Coastal Carolina Animal Hospital of Wilmington, NC is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to warmly greet clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and manage patient flow.

You will answer phones, handle mail and emails, maintain patient charts, and support doctors and staff with accurate data entry. The team offers growth opportunities and a supportive work environment near downtown Wilmington.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant education and work experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments.
• Answer phone calls including scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
• Update and file patient charts and enter data into billing programs.
• Retrieve prescriptions and assist with pet supply purchases.
• Maintain waiting room cleanliness and assist with retail sales.

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team. Our office is just minutes from historic downtown Wilmington, NC and the beach! We're looking for someone confident with clients, empathetic, and able to clearly review hospital policies while maintaining professionalism.
