Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary reception, veterinary receptionist, veterinary client service, or veterinary hospital experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting multiple clients in a busy environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn veterinary practice management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with dogs, cats, and other companion animals.
• Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30-50 pounds when needed.

• Check clients in and out and process invoices and payments accurately
• Fill prescriptions and assist with food and over-the-counter product requests
• Communicate patient needs and client concerns with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
• Maintain accurate patient records and enter information into veterinary practice management software
• Assist clients with questions regarding appointments, services, medications, and hospital policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Provide compassionate support to clients during routine visits, emergencies, and end-of-life experiences

Clinic Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

What You'll Be Doing
