Job summary

My Pet’s Vet in Morrow, Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Baker House Animal Hospital family. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule vet appointments, admit and check out patients, and process payments, all while upholding our commitment to compassionate care.

The ideal candidate has prior veterinary experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with empathy for animals and their owners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the veterinary industry required.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Motivated and passionate about helping animals is a must
• Experience using multiple-line telephone systems.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in the time allotted without direct supervision
• Demonstrated ability to show empathy toward clients and treat animals with respect and compassion.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• A commitment to outstanding client service.
