Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for its network of veterinary clinics in the Greater Dayton area, including Kettering. You will manage client interactions, appointments, and transactions while supporting a high standard of compassionate care.

• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure each pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, showing empathy and respect in every situation.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
