Job Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting and welcoming clients and patients, addressing questions, and triaging concerns.
2. Answering calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately.
3. Scheduling appointments to optimize daily flow.
4. Checking clients in and out, processing payments.
5. Providing emotional support to clients in a compassionate and discreet manner, especially during sensitive times.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

• An experienced veterinary receptionist with at least 2 years of experience (required).
• Experience with Cornerstone software (required).
• Compassionate, calm, team-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator.
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally.

Additional Information

Pay range: $24-$28/hr
