Job Description
The receptionist's duties include greeting and welcoming clients and patients, answering questions, triaging client concerns, managing calls and emails, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and processing payments. The role requires offering friendly emotional support during times of need and being comfortable with various medical outcomes.
Qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist with at least 2 years of experience and proficiency with Cornerstone software. Candidates should be compassionate, calm, team-oriented, organized, and strong communicators. A desire to continually improve skills is essential.
Additional Information
Pay range: $24-28/hr
