Carevet of Honor Heights is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist in Muskogee, OK. This role handles greeting clients, scheduling, payments, and light administrative tasks in a pet-care setting.

Responsibilities include answering phones, updating patient charts, assisting with product sales, and ensuring a clean waiting area. A high school diploma and customer-service mindset are required for success.

• Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments.
• Answer phone calls which may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
• Update and file patient charts.
• Enter data into computerized billing program.
• Retrieve prescriptions.
• Assist with pet supply purchases such as food, supplements, and grooming items.
• Maintain the cleanliness of waiting room.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods.
• Retail sales.
