Job summary

Forever Vets at Murabella is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to provide friendly front-desk support. You will greet clients, process payments, schedule appointments, and manage patient records while assisting doctors and staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments.
• Answer phone calls which may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
• Update and file patient charts.
• Enter data into computerize billing program.
• Retrieve prescriptions.
• Assist with pet supply purchases such as food, supplements, and grooming items.
• Maintain the cleanliness of waiting room.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods.
• Retail sales.
