Job summary

Ore Creek Veterinary Clinic in Hartland is seeking a Front of the House specialist with at least two years of experience in veterinary reception or assisting roles. You will be the friendly face greeting clients, answering phones, and coordinating appointments to keep the day running smoothly.

You will handle in-person, phone, and digital communications, ensuring every client and pet feels welcome and valued while maintaining efficient scheduling. Some evenings and Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a medical or veterinary receptionist, or veterinary assistant or technician.
• Ability to handle 2-3 lines, with basic computer literacy and keyboarding skills.
• Strong client interactions on the phone, in person, or via digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Support late shifts (7 pm) and some Saturday coverage as needed.

Front of the House specialist wanted!!! Ore Creek Vet is looking for an energetic, friendly candidate to be the face of the the clinic. A minimum of two years experience as a medical or veterinary receptionist, or veterinary assistant or technician is required. The primary goal is to have someone that is in charge of positive client interactions whether it be on the phone, in person or digital communication.

The ideal candidate would be able to make clients and their pets feel welcome and important, while at the same time effectively scheduling appointments in an efficient manner. This position will be the clients first interaction as well as their last after the appointment.

Being able to handle 2-3 lines, have computer literacy with common software and keyboarding skills are necessary.

Schedule will include occasional late nights (7 pm) as well as some Saturdays.
