Buck Creek Veterinary Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized part-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will help create a welcoming experience and support the veterinary team in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and able to multitask while maintaining professionalism. Veterinary or office experience is a plus, and Microsoft Office skills are valued for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Veterinary medication or veterinary office experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous veterinary or animal care experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Create a welcoming, clean, and organized reception area.
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide accurate information.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for our multi-doctor practice, grooming services, and boarding guests.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Assist clients with payment options and process transactions efficiently.
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring exceptional customer service.
