Southern Veterinary Center is seeking a friendly, organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our fast-paced, newly remodeled hospital. You will be the first point of contact for clients and help keep the front desk running smoothly.
Responsibilities include front-desk tasks, managing calls, appointments, records, and coordinating with our online pharmacy. Experience in veterinary/medical offices is a plus; Spanish language skills are helpful.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere while keeping our busy front desk running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Answering and directing phone calls
Checking clients and patients in and out
Handling large cash and credit transactions accurately
Communicating with pet owners in person and by phone
Managing prescription refills and coordinating with our online pharmacy
Maintaining accurate client and patient records
Supporting the veterinary team with daily administrative needs
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, professional, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software
Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus
