National Veterinary Associates (NVA) Missouri clinic in Cottleville is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and their pets, manage the calendar, handle calls, and ensure smooth check-in and checkout for a busy, pet-friendly practice.

You will collaborate with our veterinary team in a fast-paced environment, delivering professional customer service, maintaining records, and supporting payments and client communication while contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Natural ability to deliver top-notch customer service with professionalism and kindness.
• Familiarity with animal care is a plus (pet grooming, dog training, equine care, animal husbandry, or pet care experience).
• Bonus points for knowledge of lab procedures or veterinary critical care.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while staying detail oriented.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, records, and payment processing.
