Description

Our hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to help provide outstanding patient care and client service in a fast‑paced, multi‑doctor animal hospital. The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for maintaining front‑of‑house duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining required hospital paperwork, and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. Clear communication and organizational skills are key for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
  • Welcome and greet clients and patients.
  • Maintain hospital paperwork and billing records.
  • Review invoices and discharge instructions.
