Animal Dermatology Clinic - Grapevine is seeking a Receptionist for a full-time, 5/8 schedule. The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, and possesses outstanding client service skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and multitask at the front desk.

The role includes greeting clients, scheduling appointments, maintaining charts, assisting with pharmacy and retail transactions, and supporting clinic operations. Veterinary familiarity is a plus, with opportunities for growth.

Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. In additional to providing advanced, dermatology specialized care to patients and supporting general practice veterinarians in our geographic service areas, ADG participates in drug/product development and clinical trials. Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (including but not limited to):

Education and Physical Requirements:

• 1 year of veterinary experience OR 1 year of customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
