Animal Dermatology Group, Inc. is seeking a friendly Receptionist for the Animal Dermatology Clinic in San Diego. You will greet clients, answer phones, take messages, book appointments, and maintain patient charts and records in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, multi-tasking, accuracy in money handling, and teamwork. Training and opportunities are available; weekends are not required, with a competitive hourly wage and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus.
• Experience working in public (restaurant, retail or service) is beneficial.

Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
