Job summary

All Cats Clinic in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to greet clients and their cats, schedule visits, and handle payments in a busy, cat-only practice. You will be the first friendly voice clients hear and the welcoming face they see, connecting them with the medical team.

We value compassion, organization, and teamwork. This role offers part-time or full-time options with a pay range of $14.50–$16.50 per hour, plus continuing education opportunities and an employee pet

Qualifications

• One year of veterinary reception or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
• Veterinary software experience is a plus.
• A genuine love for cats.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and their cats with warmth and compassion.
• Scheduling appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
• Managing phone calls, emails, texts, and appointment reminders.
• Directing medical questions to the appropriate veterinary team member.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and client information.
• Processing payments, invoices, and billing.

Imagine working at a veterinary practice where every patient is a cat! At All Cats Clinic, Fayetteville's feline-exclusive veterinary practice, we're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

Our receptionists do more than answer phones and schedule appointments. They're the first friendly voice a worried pet parent hears, the welcoming face clients see, and an essential connection between our clients and medical team.

More Than a Front Desk

You'll help keep our days running smoothly while making sure every client and their cat feels welcomed and cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:
