For Cats Only Veterinary Clinic in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who loves cats and delivers outstanding customer service.

You will manage appointments, check clients in/out, process payments, answer phones, assist with prescriptions, educate clients, stock front desk, and keep the lobby welcoming.

A busy, pet-centered environment requires attention to detail and the ability to learn new software quickly; prior veterinary front desk experience is preferred.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with outstanding communication and customer service skills who loves cats:

• The ideal candidate will have prior front desk experience within a veterinary hospital, possess a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task in a very busy environmentand have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools.
• The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out of the hospital, processing payments, answering telephones, scanning and electronic filing, emailing/calling in prescriptions, client education, stocking pet food and maintaining the appearance of the front desk and lobby.

Scheduled hours vary including shifts Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
