Job summary

Cheney Veterinary Clinic PLLC is seeking a friendly, client-focused receptionist to welcome clients and their pets, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage communications. You will help with check-in/out, payments, and accurate record keeping while supporting our medical team.

Candidates should have customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred; veterinary experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for people and animals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A calm, compassionate approach to challenging situations.
• A positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• A team player who can roll with the unexpected (because in veterinary medicine, there’s always something unexpected!)
