Animal Dermatology Clinic - Marina del Rey is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our busy specialty practice. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records with accuracy and compassion.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a team. Prior experience in veterinary or healthcare reception is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. In additional to providing advanced, dermatology specialized care to patients and supporting general practice veterinarians in our geographic service areas, ADG participates in drug/product development and clinical trials. Education and Physical Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
• Experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred
• Experience in a multi-specialty veterinary hospital is preferred
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
