BluePearl Pet Hospital in Avondale, AZ, is looking for an experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our team!

At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Client Service Coordinators are vital to the success of our hospital. In this position, you are the first BluePearl Associate that clients see. You will ensure each client receives the care and attention they need. You must be able to function calmly and compassionately in emotionally challenging situations.

Position:

Client Service Coordinator

Work Schedule:

Thurs/Fri/Sat 8am-5pm

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.70 per hour

This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and advancement through the CareerTrax leveling system.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting clients warmly and professionally at the hospital entry.
2. Offering friendly smiles, maintaining strong eye contact, and approachable demeanor.
3. Listening with compassion.
4. Communicating clearly and calmly in person and on the phone.
5. Assessing clients and pets upon arrival, including determining emergency status.
6. Responding to non-patient calls and directing visitors appropriately.
7. Confirming appointments and providing clients with preparation instructions.
8. Offering emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
9. Handling pet remains with compassion and accuracy, acting as a liaison with service agencies.
