Banfield Pet Hospital in Surprise, AZ is seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff and oversee day-to-day hospital operations so veterinarians can focus on delivering top-quality care. You will drive business results, develop associates, and ensure clients and patients have a positive visit experience.
The role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least three years of supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).
- Experience interviewing, hiring and developing associates in a medical or service setting.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring and developing associates for hospital teams.
- Evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
- Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and services.
- Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
- Supporting daily operations and staff, including scheduling.
